The American Heart Association’s Basic Life Support (BLS) Course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies. This course focuses on high-quality CPR, proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and effective team-based emergency response techniques for adults, children, and infants.
The course follows the latest American Heart Association guidelines for CPR and Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and is designed to prepare healthcare providers and other professionals to respond confidently during emergency situations.
This course is ideal for healthcare professionals, dental professionals, medical students, first responders, caregivers, and anyone who needs Basic Life Support certification for their workplace or professional requirements.
The BLS course may include classroom instruction, hands-on training, skills practice, and blended learning options depending on availability. Students will participate in practical demonstrations and guided exercises to build confidence in emergency response situations.
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive an American Heart Association BLS Provider certification card.
